He advises both financial institutions and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international financings with particular focus on secured and unsecured bank financings in acquisitions and leveraged finance (including senior-mezzanine loan structures and consolidated cross-border facilities) and real estate finance in emerging markets.

Christopher also has particular experience in project financings in the offshore oil and gas sector and debt restructuring.
