He has more than 35 years of experience in the international banking practice, having witnessed its emergence and evolution on the French market.
He was a partner of the firm in Paris for 16 years, until 2016, when he decided to focus on the knowledge area. As a partner, he advised on a wide range of banking matters, including syndicated loans, real estate financing, acquisition financing and structured financing. He acted for international banks, corporate borrowers and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions. He also developed the real estate finance practice of the Paris office.
Christophe has a recognized expertise in the French banking legal practice. He has been a lecturer at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where he taught the banking and finance practice. He has been a member of the Loan Market Association French working party since its inception where he participates in the drafting and updating of the French law LMA documentation and guidelines.
