Christina Simpson is an associate in the Finance practice. Christina represents both borrowers and leading financial institutions and private credit lenders in a range of financing transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade financings, syndicated bank loans, specialized finance structure, acquisition finance and asset-based lending.

Some of her clients include Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Jefferies Finance.

Christina's previous experience includes practicing as a general corporate associate of a leading Canadian law firm in Toronto.

TELUS International as borrower of an $800 million revolving credit facility and $1.2 billion term loan facility, the proceeds of which are used to refinance existing debt and finance a portion of the purchase price of the WillowTree acquisition.

JPMorgan Chase as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent on $1.496 billion first lien financing for Snow Borrower and Project Leopard Holdings (consistent of $1.346 billion term loan facility and $150 million revolving credit facility), to finance the acquisition of Kofax Parent Limited by Snow Bidco, sponsored by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates Management.

Petroleum Heat and Power Co., Inc as borrower in connection with the refinancing of its existing syndicated credit facilities to provide for (i) a new $165 million 5-year term loan facility, and (ii) a new $550 million 5-year revolving credit facility.

Consolidated Edison as borrower on a $400 million 364-day senior unsecured term loan credit facility.

Jefferies Finance as Lead Arranger and the Lenders in connection with an incremental upsize to Mavis Tire Express Service's existing $200 million revolving credit facility.

Brookfield as Agent on new $250 million debt financing facility for residential solar provider to support future asset growth and fuel nationwide expansion.

HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Administrative Agent on an incremental upsize to the existing $600 million secured corporate credit facility by B2Gold Corp.

Chefs' Warehouse in connection with its ABL credit facility.
