Christiaan specialises in corporate law and M&A transactions with a focus on public M&A, corporate governance and shareholder activism and complex corporate transactions and advice.

Christiaan is trusted advisor of various listed companies, multinationals and successful growth companies. Christiaan also focuses on growth companies and investments through the company’s cycle. Christiaan has gained broad experience in the Life Sciences sector. Christiaan has published the comprehensive text book on Dutch public takeovers.
