She provides support in managing negotiations and disciplinary proceedings and offers ongoing advice on the establishment and termination of employment relationships.

She regularly assists with the drafting of employment and self-employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and internal policies.

She also provides assistance in transfers of undertakings and corporate reorganizations, as well as in the performance of due diligence activities in M&A transactions.
