Chiara has extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
She advises Italian and international clients – including private companies, listed groups and private equity funds – on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, as well as on corporate governance and commercial matters. She regularly acts as lead lawyer, coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions and managing complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.

Over the course of her career, Chiara has developed a strong sector focus, with particular expertise in the energy and infrastructure space, alongside industrials, real estate, healthcare, food and manufacturing. Her ability to navigate challenging negotiations and manage risk effectively has been key to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
