Charlotte advises domestic and international clients in complex civil litigation, regulatory investigations and white-collar crime matters, with a particular focus on cross-border disputes and enforcement proceedings.

She represents clients in court proceedings, internal and regulatory investigations and business-critical commercial disputes, including complex contractual conflicts and sensitive matters involving corporate misconduct. Her works frequently involves cross-border elements and clients operating in highly regulated sectors, particularly in relation to environmental and industrial regulatory frameworks.

She has particular experience in complex commercial disputes, internal and regulatory investigations, environmental crime and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
