Charlotte’s recent experience includes: 
 
Advising a sponsor on a market-leading de-risking project to help secure benefits for members. 
 
Advising the trustees of a large pension fund in relation to a change of administrator. 
 
Advising a sponsor in relation to the closure of its defined benefit pension scheme to future accrual. 
 
Assisting a major financial services provider on putting in place arrangements to support its Irish pension schemes. 
 
Advising employers in relation to compliance with automatic enrolment legislation.

Pro bono

School governor of a primary school in the West Midlands. 
 
Advising a women’s rights charity in relation to their suite of contracts.
