Charline Boulenger

Charline focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the context of leveraged buy-out transactions, joint ventures, domestic and cross-border acquisitions and other private equity transactions in several industrial, health and financial sectors. She advises private equity funds as well as German, French and international companies on general corporate law and financing issues.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Charline worked as an associate in the private equity practice of another international law firm in Paris and in Germany. During her traineeship she worked at various international law firms in M&A and private equity practices in Paris, London, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.
