She advises across the spectrum of (debt) capital markets, including assisting clients with obtaining a licence application with Dutch regulators, advising on market entrance requirements, advising on EMTN programmes and various types of bond issues and advising fund managers on matters relating to setting up structures.
Chaïmae is also specialised in corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors. Prior to her current role she worked as an associate in the Corporate M&A team in Amsterdam. Her main practice areas were buyer side acquisitions, seller side divestments (including auctions) and corporate advice. In addition, Chaïmae had a special interest in M&A transactions in the FIG sector.
Chaïmae graduated from Leiden University in 2021, where she obtained masters degrees in Corporate law and Financial law, and joined the firm in May 2021.
