Celine is a senior finance lawyer who leads a team responsible for driving innovation in the legal function at A&O Shearman. With a focus on practice transformation and process improvement for A&O Shearman’s finance, energy and tax practices, Celine works with the firm’s management teams as well as our lawyers and clients across the network to support business growth and ensure that A&O Shearman continues to deliver the most advanced, efficient and client-focused legal service.
With over 10 years’ experience in the banking and finance space, Celine has expertise in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional loan financing transactions and large-scale legal and regulatory projects, advising clients across multiple geographies and sectors. Celine remains a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales and combines legal expertise and a deep knowledge of the firm’s innovation offering, to drive the firm's strategic vision of delivering innovative, client-focused solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
