Cédric Danois

Senior Associate

Cédric advises clients on the structuring and formation of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated alternative investment structures including, co-investments, fund-of-one and separately managed accounts investing across a wide range of asset classes (including private equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, credit funds, impact funds and fund of funds).

Cedric advises clients on LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions as well as institutional investors, DFIs, sovereign funds and supranational entities on prospective fund investments.

Cédric also regularly advises clients on ESG Regulations and ESG-related risk management. He has an in-depth knowledge of numerous ESG regulatory regimes including the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, Cédric gained significant experience working in leading international law firms based in Luxembourg. Cedric is qualified to practice in both Luxembourg and France.
