Cédric advises clients on the structuring and formation of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated alternative investment structures, including co-investments, fund-of-one and separately managed accounts investing across a wide range of asset classes (including private equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, credit funds, impact funds and fund of funds).

Cédric advises clients on LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions as well as institutional investors, DFIs, sovereign funds and supranational entities on their prospective fund investments. He has also been seconded to the European Investment Fund within the Private Equity Transaction Team (Unit: Greentech, Infrastructure and Social Impact).

Cédric regularly advises clients on ESG Regulations and ESG-related risk management. He has an in-depth knowledge of numerous ESG regulatory regimes including the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulations. He is also working on European Working Groups with respect to the implementation of SFDR 2.0.

Prior to joining the firm, Cédric gained significant experience working in leading international law firms based in Luxembourg, and has been seconded to one of the world’s largest alternative investment fund managers. Cedric is qualified to practice in both Luxembourg and France.
