She has experience working for both issuers and dealers on debt capital market transactions involving updates of euro medium term note and structured product programmes, the preparation of supplements and trades. Catherine also has experience in standalone issuances of structured products linked to various underlying asset classes. Catherine is involved in the management of the approval process of programme updates and supplements filed with both the UK regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Irish regulator, the Central Bank of Ireland.
