Caroline advises on a broad range of corporate transactions and company law issues as well as on regulatory and compliance matters including sustainability and ESG, corporate reporting and disclosure and corporate governance.
Caroline is responsible for corporate and sustainability and ESG knowledge management and training, she monitors and analyses legal and market practice developments, writes client publications, drafts practice notes and advises on technical queries. She is also an expert in EU and Dutch ESG and sustainability regulation (CSRD, CSDDD, Taxonomy Regulation). She produces, coordinates, and contributes to A&O Shearman’s sustainability-related client-facing initiatives and thought leadership content, drawing upon her familiarity with the latest trends and developments across key topics impacting corporates and financial institutions.
