Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on its partnership with Uriach supporting the acquisition of leading French pharmaceutical company Laboratoires Ineldea.

A multinational energy and petrochemical company on the sale of 25% of its upstream business to U.S. institutional investor EIG.

Vass, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, in connection with multiple add-ons.

Pro bono

Working with lawyers in the firm's Warsaw office to advise Ukrainian refugees on local migration laws and asylum-related regulation.
