His practice has a strong cross border focus, acting for foreign investors across Asia, North America and Europe on complex cross-border transactions. Leveraging his multilingual capabilities, Calvin regularly guides clients through foreign investment laws and regulatory issues on inbound investments. Calvin advises corporates, investment advisers and private equity funds across a range of sectors, including services, retail, industrials, agribusiness, energy and technology.

Before joining the firm, Calvin worked in Malaysia advising on Southeast Asian transactions, held in house role, and practised as a senior associate at a top tier Australian firm.
