Benjamin advises asset managers, banks, and other financial market participants on a wide range of capital market transactions including securitisations, derivatives, structured products and bonds as well as, in each case, related regulatory matters.
During his two-year clerkship, Benjamin completed a seat in the International Capital Markets team of A&O Shearman in Frankfurt and also gained in-house experience during a seat in the derivatives and debt securities teams of a major German bank.
