Benjamin focuses on private equity.

His advice includes national and cross-border transactions and mergers, including growth investments, co-investments, exits and management equity programs, as well as ongoing advice to portfolio companies.

In addition to all aspects relevant to a transaction, his practice includes the fields of commercial and corporate law as well. Benjamin is a regular lecturer in the Post-graduate Course “Mergers & Acquisitions” for obtaining the LL.M. / EMBA at Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Münster (WWU).

Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin worked for highly regarded law firms in the area of M&A/Private Equity.
