Bénédicte’s experience includes mainly initial public offerings (IPOs), share capital increases and equity-linked products.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Bénédicte acquired experience at the Paris office of two international law firms.

Representative matters

  • IPOs for multiple issuers (EUROAPI (2022, €1.3bn); OVHcloud (2021, €400m); Believe (2021, €300m)). *
  • De-SPACing : intented business combination of Dee Tech with Colis Privé Group [White and Case] and of eureKING with Skypharma. *
  • The underwriters on the offering by Empark of EUR575m of Senior Secured Notes including EUR475m Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and EUR100m of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2027.
  • One of the biggest telecommunication groups in the Baltics in connection with a high yield bond offering and new revolving credit facility.
  • A French-based multinational financial services company in connection with the issue of new convertible bonds and the repurchase of existing convertible bonds by a French company that focuses on real estate development and the provision of related services.
  • The bank syndicate in connection with the rights issue of a key player involved in care, healthcare and hospitality.
