Ben is a private equity real estate lawyer advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across asset classes, including direct and indirect investment acquisitions and disposals, financings, joint ventures, developments, lettings and operational/management arrangements.
Ben has extensive experience advising private capital clients (including private equity funds, sovereign wealth and high net worth individuals) and institutional clients on their high value and strategic transactions including UK and pan-European portfolios and insurance-backed structured transactions. Ben’s experience includes a secondment at a global investment bank.
