Bart specialises in utility sector regulation, competition law and Dutch administrative law. He specialises in utility sector regulation and competition law.
Before joining the firm, he worked as a legal advisor at the legal department of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets for four years. In this role he obtained experience in administrative litigation and advising in matters concerning energy regulation.
