Dr Astrid Krüger


Astrid is a member of the Executive Committee and has more than 25 years of experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions.

She focuses on private equity transactions and counts both international and German investors and sellers are among her clients.

Astrid also frequently advises on distressed restructurings as well as in the implementation of tax structurings and corporate reorganizations.
