  • The domestic and international sponsors on an AED 1.235 billion senior secured financing for the development of 166 ultra-luxury residences in Dubai.
  • A prominent UAE real estate developer on an AED 5.5 billion syndicated term loan arranged by Emirates NBD Bank, including both a conventional and Islamic (Shariah compliant) facility.
  • The co-ordinating committee of creditors on the court-controlled restructuring of Emirates Hospital Group (EHG).
  • A large UAE based utility EPC contractor on its exposure to multiple financial creditors including via a controlled divestment programme.
  • A global financial institution on their purchase of a USD 800 million non-performing loan portfolio from First Abu Dhabi Bank.
  • Emirates Business Group, an Abu Dhabi based oil and gas ancillary business, with its financial distress and asset sale negotiations with DP World and NMDC Energy.
