Aron advises private fund sponsors, (global) asset managers and institutional investors on structuring their public and private investments, as well as strategic, regulatory and governance matters.

He advises on the formation and operation of investment funds, joint ventures and other investment arrangements across all major alternative investment strategies, including private equity, private credit, venture capital and real assets. In addition, he frequently advises investment management companies on (extraordinary) house matters, including asset management M&A, strategic partnerships, spin-outs and regulatory issues, as well as on IMAs, fiduciary management and custody.

As part of his practice Aron counsels institutional investors on their investments in (private) funds, SMAs and other investment arrangements.

His experience extends to having advised leading private equity/infrastructure sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and insurance companies on the contractual and regulatory aspects of trading, collateralising and clearing derivatives, repos and other financial instruments.

Aron’s recent clients include Anterra, APG, Athora, CVC, EIF, a private equity firm, ILX, a global financial institution, NN, PGGM, Standard Investment, Vesteda and Waterland.
