She advises clients on merger control, foreign direct investment screening and competition law compliance. She also represents clients in proceedings before competition authorities and courts at the European and national level.
Prior to joining the Competition department, Aranka worked in the Banking department, advising borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She joined the firm in 2022 after obtaining a cum laude LL.M. degree in European and International Law at the University of Amsterdam.
