An enterprise information management services company on its acquisition of InfoFort, a leading information management provider in the MENAT region spanning 14 jurisdictions, from Aramex PJSC.

Mubadala Investment Company on its sale of a stake in Masdar to TAQA and ADNOC  Mubadala on the sale of the ADGM holding vehicle for four office towers in the ADGM for a total consideration of AED4.2bn (USD1.17bn).

A leading international consultancy company on its corporate restructuring in Dubai, involving relocating from Jersey to the DIFC and implementing proper corporate governance throughout the entire organisation.

The underwriters on the USD2bn IPO and listing of Borouge plc, on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Banglalink, a wholly owned subsidiary of a global telecommunications services provider, on its USD100m sale of part of its tower portfolio in Bangladesh to Summit Towers.
