Antony advises private equity funds, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of corporate transactions including cross-border M&A, preferred equity, joint ventures, growth capital investments and take private transactions.
He has experience across many industry sectors including professional services, technology, industrials, financial services, consumer products and sport. 

Antony has spent 12 months on secondment to Apollo Global Management and three months on secondment to Morgan Stanley. 

Antony has also spent 12 months on secondment to the firm’s New York office and six months to the firm's Tokyo office.
