Anne-Sophie advises on general regulatory matters (including CRD/CRR, MiFID, IFD/IFR, PSD, licencing requirements, governance issues, ESG topics, CSDR and AML/CTF topics).

She assists a large range of clients such as banks, investment firms, fintech companies, central securities depositories and support or specialised PFS.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she worked for four years in a litigation law firm in France and two years with a major asset management company in London.

She holds an LLM in arbitration and dispute resolution from Queen Mary University London.

Anne-Sophie has been a member of the French bar since January 2012 and joined the Luxembourg bar since March 2020.
