Anna advises national and international clients on all aspects of patent law, in particular in the automotive, telecommunications and technology sectors.
Anna’s experience includes in particular the coordination of complex cross-border litigations and advice in disputes concerning standard-essential patents (SEPs), whereby she also advises clients on questions of compulsory license objections under antitrust law (FRAND). 

In addition to national patent litigation proceedings, Anna also advises on disputes before the european Unified Patent Court (UPC).
