  • Eurobank – acting for the issuer on Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.’s inaugural issuance of Fixed Rate Reset Additional Tier 1 Perpetual Contingent Temporary Write-Down Notes and acting for the issuers on the Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. and Eurobank S.A. €10,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments (including issuances thereunder).

Pro bono

  • Z2K – acting as an associate volunteer for Zacchaeus 2000 Trust (Z2K) which supports individuals in need of representation when appealing disability benefits.
  • Smart Start – supporting the firm’s award-winning Smart Start programme which provides young people facing socio-economic barriers with work experience.
  • Muslim Network – leading the publication of the Muslim Network’s internal newsletter and supporting community initiatives.
