Andy has worked for major financial institutions on a wide range of capital markets transactions.
He has particular experience working on updates to euro medium term note programmes, structured products, securitisations (including residential mortgage-backed securitisations and warehouses), standalone transactions and supplements. Andy is involved in managing the approval of prospectuses filed with the UK regulator (the Financial Conduct Authority) the Irish regulator (the Central Bank of Ireland) and the Luxembourg regulator (the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). Andy specialises in structured finance and has been involved in a number of clients' -IBOR transition projects.
