  • A global aircraft lessor on the sale and novation of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
  • Abelo Capital Aviation Limited on a USD 750 million warehouse financing.
  • A global aviation services company on the sale of a portfolio of aircraft and engines to Azorra Aviation.
  • An aircraft operating lessor on a restructuring comprising a USD 435 million refinancing and the acquisition of eight aircraft operating entities.
