  • CYVN Holdings LLC, an advanced mobility operator and investment vehicle based in Abu Dhabi, on the acquisition of McLaren’s automotive business and a non-controlling stake in McLaren’s racing business.
  • Life Healthcare Group Holdings Limited on the sale of Life Molecular Imaging Limited to Lantheus Holdings, Inc., an international radiopharmaceuticals group which is publicly listed on the NASDAQ. 
  • A mass media and entertainment conglomerate on the acquisition of a minority stake in OSN Streaming Ltd, a subsidiary of KIPCO’s OSN Group. 
  • A large multinational on a tax investigation with particular emphasis on admissibility of evidence on the basis of legal privilege and relevancy to HMRC’s Schedule 36 notice.* 
  • A key client of Savills Investment Management on the c.£300m acquisition of a student accommodation portfolio from Vita Group.* 
  • Acrisure International Holdings Limited on two UK acquisitions which significantly boost Acrisure’s UK operations.*
