He frequently leads transactions involving carve-outs, reorganizations and other complex deal  dynamics, and is relied upon by clients for pragmatic execution and efficient deal management.

Based in New York, Andreas is dually qualified in New York and Germany and regularly advises on international transactions. He brings in-depth experience with both US and European M&A practice, advising clients on transaction execution, governing law considerations and cultural dynamics in cross-border transactions.
