Andrea advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

She has experience supporting multinational corporations, investment funds, and privately held companies across various sectors including private equity, infrastructure, energy, and financial services.

Her practice spans the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to drafting and negotiating core transaction documents. She also counsels on management incentive plans and related executive arrangements, as well as general corporate matters.

Experience

Pro bono

  • Advising Menudos Corazones in the development of a guide for people with heart conditions when accessing private insurance health services.
  • Advising a human rights charity on the drafting of a report to be addressed to the Spanish Parliament regarding the discrimination that persons with different abilities may find and solutions to overcome this.
  • Advising a national charity on the development of a collaboration network to ensure access to extracurricular education for especially vulnerable individuals.
  • Advising a national charity on the most appropriate corporate organizational structure to carry out its foundational purpose.
