He advises on transactions across the region and globally. His practice is anchored in complex leveraged finance, margin lending and project finance—particularly renewable energy and infrastructure deals. He acts for lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, multilaterals and international financial institutions.

  • Several PE-driven margin lending and leveraged finance transactions in emerging markets.
  • Cineworld, the world’s second-largest cinema chain on its corporate finance facilities and the restructuring of its debt in the framework of Chapter 11 proceedings administered in Texas.
  • A leading infrastructure development and investment company in Saudi Arabia on the financing of the construction and management of the Al Ansar Hospital in Medina. This is Saudi Arabia’s first PPP tender.
  • EBRD, IFC, Intesa and PBZ on the financing of the 140MW Karavasta solar project and a 19-kilometer overhead transmission line located in Albania.
