Anabel is experienced in representing companies involved in cartel proceedings before the CNMC. 
She has also advised companies in merger control filings before the CNMC and the European Commission. In addition, she has a wide experience in assisting companies on private enforcement matters and on antitrust compliance. Finally, Anabel is a lecturer in the LL.M of European Union Law at Carlos III University of Madrid, since 2020.

Private equity entity in relation to the merger control aspects of the acquisition of joint control over table grape vines breeders.

Ecoembes in the sanctioning proceeding initiated by the CNMC for a possible abuse of a dominant position that successfully ended by commitments (terminación convencional).

Scania in the actions for damages initiated against it in Spain in the context of the so-called Trucks case.

Nexi in the acquisition of 80% of Paycomet (Banco Sabadell's payment business).
