She has acted in arbitrations governed by the rules of the world's leading arbitral institutions, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, PCA, ICC and CIIAM, in disputes including bankruptcy, contract law, telecommunications, energy, mining and construction.
Ana’s practice focuses on international arbitration, where she has acted in proceedings governed by the rules of the world's leading arbitral institutions spanning from a wide range of sectors.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Ana worked as an assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, where she gained experience serving as secretary to arbitral tribunals.
Ana also has experience in Spanish litigation procedures related to banking law.
She is a coordinator of Madrid Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (MAD VYAP) and a member of CEIA-40 and Young ICCA.
