Amy is a highly regarded litigator with expertise handling complex commercial disputes across many areas of law.

Amy specialises in financial services, consumer, product liability and class action disputes, and has faced key regulators such as ASIC and the ACCC in both investigations and prosecutions.

Amy's practice spans both domestic and cross-border work, having practiced in both Australia and the US.

Amy has a background in pharmacology and is often sought out by domestic and multinational clients to act on a range of complex litigation and regulatory matters in the healthcare industry.

  • Unilever Australia in claims brought against Revlon Australia and Beiersdorf Australia in the Federal Court of Australia in relation to consumer and intellectual property matters.* 
  • American Medical Systems in defence of a class action brought in the Federal Court of Australia alleging product liability, negligence and misleading conduct in respect of certain medical devices (pelvic mesh).* 
  • Dyson Australia in claims brought against Shark Ninja in the Federal Court of Australia in relation to misleading advertising.* 
  • John Dawkins AO in an ASIC prosecution and associated class action concerning alleged Corporations Act breaches.* 
  • A major multinational on a dispute with the Department of Health in relation to a PBS listing decision for a prescription medicine.*
