Amritha is a senior associate in the Project Development and Construction team, based in London.

She has experience advising both sponsors and lenders on the development and implementation of a range of projects, working across the energy and infrastructure sectors on projects with both a cross border and domestic focus.

Amritha’s practice area encompasses the full range of project documentation and commercial contracts, including EPC, supply, concession and offtake arrangements as well as shareholder agreements and technology licences.

Amritha spent a year working in the firm’s Tokyo office between 2022-2023 and has now relocated back to London.

  • The sponsor in relation to the development and construction of the GBP22bn Xlinks Morocco–UK power interconnector project.
  • The sponsor on the development and technology arrangement for a blue hydrogen and carbon capture facility in the UK.
  • The lenders on the concession, construction and operation of a 200m m3/year desalination plant in Israel (Sorek B).
  • The project company on the development and construction arrangements on the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project (TAP).
