Amélia joined the firm in 2022 and sits in our Belgian Digital, Data, IP and Technology practice.
She has advised clients on data protection projects as well as on a broad range of cross-border technology transactions (including strategic partnership agreements, cloud agreements, and software licensing). She has a strong interest in the crossroad of law and technologies, and wrote her Master thesis on AI ("Artificial Intelligence-based Disinformation in Democratic Elections: International outlook and critical assessment of the European Commission's 2021 draft Artificial Intelligence Act").
