Experience

Representative matters

  • A major creditor in connection with the Chapter 11 cases of FTX, the largest cryptocurrency bankruptcy to date.
  • SWC Industries in its chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the Northern District of California, to address nationwide asbestos and environmental liabilities spanning the last 50 years.
  • An integrated energy and chemicals company in chapter 11 case of Zachry Construction in relation to on-going construction of $1.25 billion integrated polymers facility project for polyethene units and battery limits work.

Pro bono

  • Advising on various immigration matters, including special immigrant visas and green card applications.
  • Preparing internal report for NYCLU investigation on police misconduct.
