Alexander George


Alexander is an associate in the London leveraged finance group.

He advises on a wide range of structured finance matters, with a particular focus on assisting borrowers and financial sponsors with their domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts.

He has experience at various levels of the capital structure of these transactions, including bank/bond transactions, “cov-lite” loans, TLB and unitranche instruments



Representative matters

Brookfield Business Partners (Brookfield) on the approximately EUR 2.75bn loan and high yield financing package in connection with the acquisition of Modulaire Group, a leading provider of modular leasing services and infrastructure in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

PAI Partners on the financing of its acquisition of Savory Solutions Group from IFF.

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on its financing in connection with the business combination of Konecta and Comdata to create KronosNet, a leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing in Europe and Latin America.

PAI Partners on its senior financing relating to the acquisitions of the Addo Food Group, the UK’s leading chilled savoury pastry producer and Winterbotham Darby, one of the most innovative and dynamic chilled food suppliers in the UK, to create a leading UK Chilled Food platform.
