Alessandra is an experienced finance lawyer who has worked at top tier firms in Sydney and London.
She has particular expertise in project finance including in the infrastructure, oil/gas and nuclear sectors. Alessandra works across A&O Shearman’s finance product groups to prepare and deliver training on a range of core loan finance topics. This covers both fundamental topics such as loan agreements and security and recent market developments.
