Aleks works on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions with a particular focus on covered bonds (programmes and issuances), residential mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities in the UK, Euro and Australian markets.
 
Aleks joined the firm's London office from the Sydney office where she was advising APAC clients in relation to various debt capital markets transactions.

Twin Bridges 2023-1 plc and Twin Bridges 2023-2 plc - the joint lead managers on the securitisations of buy-to-let residential mortgage loans originated by Paratus.

Brants Bridge 2023-1 plc – the joint lead managers on the securitisations of owner-occupied residential mortgage loans originated by Paratus.

A global financial institution on various updates and issuances under its EUR35 billion global covered bond programme.

A financial institution on updates and issuances under its EUR60bn global covered bond programme.

Alpha Bank S.A on update of its EUR8bn Direct Issuance Global Covered Bond Programme II (Premium) post Covered Bond Directive implementation in Greece.

The joint lead managers as drafting counsel in relation to the updates and issuances under SpareBank 1 Boligkreditt AS EUR35bn Euro Medium Term Covered Note (Premium) Programme.

Together Financial Services Limited on the 2022-CRE-1 and 2022-2ND1 public securitisation of residential mortgage loans.

A subsidiary of a global retail company on the update of its credit card-backed securitisation programme and related £500,000,000 bond issuance.
