In particular, Alberto has advised Spanish and worldwide companies in connection with collective investment schemes, investment and banking services, capital markets, payment services regulations, credit institutions, private equity, AML-FT requirements, passports and settlement of branches and shareholding disclosure. He has also involved in the sale and restructuring process of financial institutions.
