He acts for private equity and credit funds, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and other institutional investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on the real assets sector.
Akshay has also completed a secondment with a leading global investment manager, where he advised on private equity and credit transactions across the UK and Europe.
