Adrian has French domestic and international experience advising on a wide spectrum of financing transactions - acting for both banks and borrowers - from acquisition and structured finance (in particular telecoms projects) through to corporate borrowings, in addition to other general banking matters. 

He has also been involved in securitization and asset finance transactions.

Adrian is a recognized practitioner by « Best Lawyers » since 2010 in Banking & Finance.
