Adi’s practice focuses on all aspects of IP litigation, both at the trial and appellate level, including federal courts and the International Trade Commission, as well as post-grant proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

He possesses technical expertise in the mechanical and aerospace engineering fields, including in the area of computational fluid dynamics. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Pauline Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He previously served as an intellectual property litigation associate at a large international firm.
