Adele previously worked as an associate in both the Washington D.C. Financial Services Regulatory and the London Derivatives and Structured Finance practice groups. In addition to Adele’s transactional experience, a substantial part of her practice focuses on the regulatory aspects of the derivatives market.
 
Adele advises financial institutions in connection with the insurance/funding agreement-backed financing market.
 
Adele also advises on the derivative aspects of energy and data infrastructure projects in the Americas.
 
She has been a guest speaker on derivatives regulation in respect of digital assets at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
